Delete your Btrkoop account

Want your Btrkoop account and your data deleted? Enter your account's email address. Your mail app then opens with a filled-in request that you only need to send.

Mail app didn't open? Email contact@btrkoop.nl with the subject "Delete account", from your account's email address.

You can also delete your account in the app: Settings, Extra, Delete account.

We delete your account and the data linked to it, such as favorites, shopping lists and coins, within 30 days. Anonymised statistics are kept for up to 24 months.
